By using this website, submitting a contact form or requesting a booking with Boat Event México (Cancún, Quintana Roo, Mexico) you accept these Terms & Conditions and the Privacy Policy. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

We coordinate private on-board experiences (weddings, corporate events, bachelor/bachelorette parties, tours and sunsets) with authorized captains and operators. Boats, capacities, itineraries and prices shown are informative and subject to availability and confirmation.

• Submitting the form creates a request, not a confirmed booking.
• A booking is confirmed only once our team confirms it in writing (email or WhatsApp) and the agreed deposit is paid.
• You must be 18 or older and provide accurate, complete information.

Prices are stated in the currency shown in the quote and include only what is listed for each boat or event. Additional services (drinks, décor, catering, photography, DJ, transportation, dock or port fees) are quoted separately. The balance is settled as stated in your confirmation.

• Cancellations more than 15 days in advance: free rescheduling or deposit refund according to the policy stated in your confirmation.
• Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows: the deposit is non-refundable.
• Changes of date, time or guest count are subject to availability and may change the price.

Safety comes first. If the harbor master closes navigation or sea conditions are unsafe, the event is rescheduled at no cost or a credit is issued; no refunds apply for light rain when navigation is allowed. The captain has final authority over route, schedule and staying on board, and may end the service in case of dangerous behaviour, illegal substances or excess passengers, with no refund.

The client is responsible for their group, for respecting the authorized maximum capacity and departure/return times, and for any damage caused to the vessel or its equipment. We recommend travel insurance. Personal belongings travel at your own risk.

Trademarks, texts, photographs and videos on this site belong to Boat Event México or their owners and may not be reproduced without written permission. We may capture photo/video material during events for promotional purposes; you may request exclusion by writing to us.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount actually paid for the contracted service. We are not liable for indirect damages, loss of opportunity, delays due to force majeure, weather conditions, decisions by authorities or third-party provider failures.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute shall be submitted to the competent courts of Cancún, Quintana Roo, without prejudice to consumer rights granted by PROFECO.
